Yes, we offer certified organic products that guarantee formulations respectful of both the environment and your skin. Some products, while not officially certified, still comply with clean beauty standards (free from harmful substances, environmentally conscious).
Q: Are your products tested on animals?
No, all our products are cruelty-free and have never been tested on animals, in accordance with European regulations and our ethical commitments.
Q: Where are your products made?
All our products are made in France by our trusted partners, adhering to strict European quality standards.
Q: What are Bright & Bio’s ecological commitments?
Our partners use natural ingredients, eco-friendly packaging (glass, recyclable materials), and sustainable production methods. We also prioritise responsible logistics and minimising our environmental footprint.
🚚 Orders & Shipping
Q: What are your shipping times?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery across Australia typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Rural areas may require extra time.
Q: What are your shipping fees?
Shipping is free for orders over AUD $110. For smaller orders, fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
Q: Do you ship outside of Australia?
We currently ship only within Australia from our Brisbane-based warehouse.

Yes, the expiry date is indicated on every product. After opening, the recommended period of use is shown with a small symbol (e.g., 6M = 6 months).

The full ingredient list (INCI) is provided on the product packaging and detailed on each product page for complete transparency.
🧴Where do your customer reviews come from?
Some of the reviews displayed on our website were originally collected from the official websites of the French brands Endro and Biosalines.
As their authorised distributor in Australia, we have explicit permission to feature these genuine customer experiences. They reflect authentic feedback from real users of the products we offer.
Since we’re a new e-store, we’re also gradually gathering reviews from our Australian customers, as they try and love our products.
