We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at contact@brightandbio.com.au within 14 days of receiving your items.

 

1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the product.

2. Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. If you wish to return an item for this reason, the following conditions apply :

 The item must be unused and unopened.

👉🏻 It must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

👉🏻 Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

👉🏻 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of :

👉🏻 Opened skincare products

👉🏻 Used items unless they are faulty or not as described.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

👉🏻 If the return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

👉🏻 For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
