Shipping Policy – Bright & Bio

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Processing Time  
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 Delivery Time  
Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Fees  
- Free shipping for orders over AUD $110 
- For orders below AUD $110, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:  
  - Weight of the order  
  - Parcel size  
  - Delivery location  

We apply real-time shipping rates from our delivery partners (Australia Post, Sendle, etc.).

Delays or Issues  
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external events (e.g., weather, holidays). However, if your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at contact@brightandbio.com.au and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
