Why should I use a specific product for the eye area ?
The eye area doesn't have as many sebaceous glands as the rest of the face, meaning it doesn't produce sebum and has less natural moisture, making it more susceptible to visible signs of aging, such as wrinkles and fine lines.
It's low in collagen and elastin fibers, making it more prone to sagging skin.
With over 10,000 blinks per day and skin that's 4 to 5 times thinner than the rest of the face, the eye area is a particularly fragile and delicate area.
