This collagen contains two sources of amino acids:

- The first source comes from rice -> Rice proteins are hydrolyzed (cut) to obtain amino acids.

- The second source comes from sugarcane and beetroot -> Bacteria are cultivated (micro-fermentation) and fed with sugarcane and beetroot. These bacteria ferment and produce amino acids.
