What's the difference between a traditional soap and a dermatological bar ?

1️⃣ A dermatological bar is a gentle cleanser without soap

2️⃣ Unlike traditional soap, dermatological bar does not result from the reaction of 𝒔𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 - fatty matter to which a base is added (soda to obtain a solid soap).

3️⃣ A surfactant (foaming agent) is added to obtain a formula with 𝒑𝑯 𝒑𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒒𝒖𝒆, or close to that of the skin.

4️⃣ The dermatological bar is therefore not aggressive for the skin and enables gentle cleansing.

With an ideal pH for skin, this dermatological cleansing bar has been formulated to cleanse your skin or your baby's without damaging or drying it out.

It can be used on both the body and face.

Its 100% natural-origin, allergen-free, and sulfate-free formula is ideal for all skin types, including sensitive skin, thanks to its extra-gentle cleansing agent.

Sunflower oil and plum oil leave skin feeling both soft and nourished after showering ! To give it its lovely almond color, we use an upcycled ingredient : apple pomace. Its added bonus ? Its 100% natural-origin, comforting sweet almond fragrance for a truly soothing moment!

Highly tolerant, it is suitable for the whole family, including babies from 3 months old and pregnant women.

What are the differences between a conventional soap and a dermatological cleansing bar ?

A dermatological bar is a gentle, soap-free cleanser.

Unlike traditional soap, dermatological bar is not the result of a saponification reaction. It contains a foaming agent (surfactant) which, unlike soap, produces a formula with a physiological pH (close to that of the skin). It is therefore gentle on the skin. We have deliberately chosen a surfactant that is extremely gentle on the skin (SCG Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate) to ensure high tolerance on face and body.

Skin suffering from eczema or psoriasis is fragile and therefore exposed to a high risk of infection. That's why it's important to wash daily with a product suitable for atopic skin. Endro has not performed the necessary tests to confirm that this product is suitable for eczema and psoriasis. We suggest you ask your doctor or dermatologist for advice on our products.
